For Georgie.
He did well. He had his 2 month visit with the Dr. today. I was so excited to see how much he was weighing…
13 lbs 12 oz. 24 inches long.
HOLY COW!
My son is a little chunky butt.
The Dr. said, “Oh yes, he is a big boy”. He did the math and concluded that Georgie was bigger than 9 out of 10 children his age. Crazy, considering a month ago he was considered “underweight” for his body and age. The Dr. also said at three months I can start adding some cereal to his formula, because he has such a voracious appetite. And then at 5 months start him on the “p’s” foods and some more cereal. So, he was quite the trooper and took his medicine like a pro, (I think he thought the one he had to drink, was his colic medicine) The nurse was very impressed. Also, I think he did well because he was HUNGRY!
He cried when he got each shot, but then was fine. A feeding in the waiting room and a little tylenol on the way out and he fell asleep. I had to take a few things back at Kohl’s, (and buy back a few things, too. Darned sales.
) So, when he awoke later this afternoon I had a few things for him to try on. ![]()
His daddy was pleased when I emailed him this shot.

big league boy
A little Dodger fan! He’s ready for the big leagues now.
So, the day went pretty well. I never realized how soundly babies sleep on tylenol. I kept sneeking in to check on him, even more than I usually do. So, it looks like he is doing well. Daddy did good.
